Dmire — product not delivered and now the website is not available

I got a sponsored message from facebook about a company dmire which supplies suitcases and other bags at most reasonable price. I sent rs. 2900+ for the purchase of 3 suitcases.

There is no chat available, customer care number or response to mail.
Just they updated as the status of material ordered as in the transit from last 45 days.

Now the website itself is not accessible. I dont know where to complain and how to complain.
