Domino's Pizza — Delayed Delivery and abusive behavior

I ordered pizza from Dominos opposite KC park Dharwad through Swiggy. I ordered at 7.40 pm and pizza got delivered at 8.45 pm that too of poorest quality. When asked about delay, delivery man told that it was raining outside, though it was not at all raining. I had to call store almost 50 times, then store manager replied. When asked about compensation, he told " We dont deliver pizzas for compensation, I am not going to compensate anything. You raise complaint wherever you want, i will get it closed". This type of behavior was not at all expected. I hope strict action will be taken against me and i will get my compensation.
