Door To Door Garbage Collection — Garbage collector comes only once in a week or in 10 days

Hello

My location is Near Siri Beauty parlour, Ushodaya colony, Gajularamaram.
Our garbage collector doesn't come on the alternate days. He comes only once in a week may be saturday or else comes once in 10 to 20 days after calling him for many times. All the time he says only 1 thing when we ask why is he not coming... he says ghadi ko problem hai. I don't know its the govt responsibility or his but we are collecting all the garbage in a big drum and waiting for him for the whole week.
We are paying for him and still facing a lot of issue with garbage smell in the houses.please take an action so thaf he comes atleast once for 3 days. Please help us.
