Door To Door Garbage Collection — Garbage vehicle dont arrive

Hello Sir, garbage vehicle only once or twice in a week.
And they don’t even pickup the trash.
I wife is pregnant and how can she pickup heavy garbage with her hands.
She told them that she is pregnant but even though they do not pickup the garbage from our house.
Please take strict action.
