The reception staff at your Pune, Aundh, hospital are need urgent direction in dealing with patients. I visited your Aundh hospital for my regular annual check on Wednesday, 3rd February 2021.I called a day in advance to check working hours. Was told[protected]. The technicians etc., do not arrive before 0930 & then take their own sweet time to accept patients.
After the check up is completed the billing & other formalities take forever. I was told that report will be given tomorrow!! Why?
When I went next day, 4th February 2021, after informing an hour in advance. Report was not ready & when given it was the wrong one. Had to again show old report to get the correct report.
We don"t go to a hospital for a picnic & expect minimum time, atleast at the reception.Preiously there was a lady manning the reception who was excellent. The present 2 males require to buck up. Was this information helpful? |
