Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University — Online Degree tracking information

Dear sir,
With all due respect, I'd like to request your involvement in matter that I had applied for my graduation degree on 2nd September 2021 with Name of Sarik Kureshi (application number 1333693) for the course of B.Sc. and it has been more than 3 months but neither I have received my degree via post nor have any online updates regarding it.
Kindly look into the matter as it directly affects my career and I can't apply for any job position without the degree document. For your reference I'm also attaching the online statement of fee.
I request you to kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible, so that I can have good career.
