I constrained to write this email to you since last 15 days. I am facing a horrifying experience at the hands of your customer service team. of Dr lal Path Lab. My issues are not coming to end and neither your team is capable for satisfactory handling it
My issues are as follows :
1. I have been given wrong LH hormone reports where ref table mentioned at the report says less then 2.4 is normal range. This means if my LH value is Nill, the report is OK. !!!
where as 2 years back same test shows requirement for LH value ref range as 0.8 to 2.4...and my results were 0.07 . which resulted in start of treatment . I. have been writing emails but no answer about how come same test has different ref range within 2 years !!!
2. I got my son blood tested for Karyotype chromosone on 15th March and i was told the report will be out by 30th March. I gave a prescription etc the same day on 15th to a technician. Lab report number :[protected].
Today I received message that due to some technical reasons report is delayed to 12th April. When contacted with customer care, they say Technical reasons...what tech reasons, no one is answering ...
This is really frustrating and not expected from a Lab like your repute. No one is clearly answering and I am made to run from pillar to post. I doubt that my samples have been compromised and the results would be fudged randomly ...
