Conducted RT PCR test but report showing result as "inconclusive".
Paid ₹2600/- for the test but as report status is not either positive or negative, it is of no use to show in case anyone ask my covid status.
Called Customer care for asking whether sample will be collected again with Free of cost again, but they denied and said you need to do payment again for test.
Hence, complaint is that as money already provided and sample was not taken correctly by the sample taker (home visit test), why again payment is requied for test. Was this information helpful? | 
Report came late.As i am already positive and in isolation from last 18 days. Doctor has refused to accept the result as he wants the report negative or positive. I am a student by profession and cannot afford another paid RT-PCR Test.
