Dr. Lal PathLabs — Test Report is not correct and not matching with Other lab

I am 44 years old, and I am suffering from major pain and going though various test to diagnosis the problem.
I choose Dr. Path Lab because of their reputation and as my treatment depends on test results. I have gone for "ANTI-CCP" (Lab No:[protected] Test and as per PathLab result report is Negative and my doctor asked for further test and started medicines. I have visited Max Hospital, Saket and as per Max Hospital result of the same is positive.
I need clarification from you that you have given some of my reports as positive and other as negative. Which the other lab is unable to corroborate your finding.
