My account with email Id :- [protected]@gmail.com got deactivated on 9th Jan 2017 and the reason given to me was that the person who referred me has made multiple accounts but I don't know why my account got deactivated as it was already fully verified with PAN CARD and bank details and I have also sent the trailing mail with my PAN CARD details and bank details but till now my account is showing deactivated so, it's my request to please activate my account as I am a genuine player.
