Hi i had bought a car through droom in jul 2017, as the seller did not trust droom, he asked me to pay the full amount.
Droom representative asked me to make the full payment
And that if seller created any problem in the refund, they will intervene. They promised to release the payment within 6-7 days

I bought the car, gave them proof and even after one month of delivery of car, they are not paying the seller...

Customer executive says that it was due to failed verification but they won't tell me which verification was failed although i had verified my mobile and email before placing the order. I had placed only a single order and abided by all terms and conditions. I want to know the correct reason for order cancellation and if there is not you must send the helmet to me anyhow. Look at the images attached of my conversation with a droom employee....
