[Resolved] Droom Technology — my order has been canceled from website and refund is not initiated yet

I've ordered a brand helmet on from and paid 79₹ for that but later i was noticed in order status that my order has been cancelled and the status was "refunded" but i didn't received my amount yet and it's more than 15 days but there is no sign of my money in my account i've contacted several times but they said that they've refunded the amount. Order id 8158801
