Durian Industries — Sofa stitching

I purchased sofa set (Blos/37930/b) worth rs.70, 000 from durian outlet at vashi on 26th april, 2013 with 5 years warranty period. The sofa leather stitching ripped off within a year time. I made complaint to durian with several reminders, but no action has been taken.
