Have booked vegetable pack on 1 at may and delivered on 5 th may. I strongly feel that vegetables packed some days back kept for destroying following koyambedu covid outbreak has been delivered to me. Had it been freshly packed how the rotten items of brinjals ladies finger, chilly potatoes, tomatoes, kovakkai, ripe vazhakai with outer portion black be delivered? I doubt the weight also. Is it clearance sale. Keeping our orders in pending how they open outlet in zomato for retail delivery? If the quality is not good u can as well refund the amount instead of transferring the rotten items to us. Being the government agency pl give a reasonable reply and refund the full amount. All perished items are delivered to us who booked through site and other quality items are being supplied through zomato. The items they told not available for me are as well available for supply through these agency outlets. How? More so i am very much worried about health hazards. Had i known this earlier, i would not have opened the pack risking my health. Skin of all vegetables are very dry looked like drained in sun. The chat model and other phone numbers are not working / attended to
