I have cancelled a ticket on[protected] booking id emt65029892 for which until today nov 28th 2019 i havent received the refund. Inspite of three times follow up, its not done. And the phone banking officer doesnt have a good customer service sense to handle the problem maturely. She keeps on repeating like a recorder of what she has to tell, rather than understanding the clients questions.
I would want an compensation for this amount since its more than a month delay from your end.
