Air India Flight from Delhi to Hyd for 07 Jun 20 was rescheduled vide Ref EMT 72940116 by paying DIFF. Amount of Rs 4298/- for which ticket rec'd with PNR JWNVO but having NO TICKET NO. (with pending status). Later while CHECK-IN, PNR was shown as "INVALID".
This rescheduling was done against Pandemic cancelled flight, earlier booked PNR YNN7T by AI Flight from Delhi to Pune for 05 Apr 20 vide Ref EMT 70489083 by paying Rs 5323/- (Amount now in Credit Shell with Air India).
Contacted customer care many times (ACCESS NOT AN EASY TASK) and wrote e-mail (TKT ID[protected] for providing refunds but each time, only false assurances were provided by Team EMT to RESOLVE WITHIN 24 TO 72 hrs and also, that they have forwarded the issue to concerned Accounts Dep't and Tech team (both seam to be idle for last 02 months).
EMT customer care is providing worst service having with no Redressal/ Escalation mechanism, and saddest part is, they even go beyond saying "Raise complain anywhere".
Still AWAITING REFUNDS for last 02 months that should have been refunded in "AUTO MODE". Was this information helpful? |
