I made a online flight booking through easemytrip.com portal (Ref. No. Emt[protected] where the flight was re-scheduled by air india (Del-dhm). On contacting the airlines, they confirmed that i am eligible for a full refund as per rules and they have marked a flag against my pnr so that the agent can see and initiate full refund. On calling easemytrip.com helpline, they too confirmed the same and raised cancellation request. After sometime, they sent me a mail informing my refund amount which was partial. They denied full refund and blamed it on the airlines. The call centre executives denied of any further support, denied connecting me to their managers and denied sending me any further communication for escalation or resolution.
