Dear sir or madam,
My flight from delhi to amritsar (6e-5024 with indigo airlines) on the 4th of november got cancelled 3 hours before the estimated departure. When i arrived in delhi and went to the indigo airlines customer service counter, they told me they were processing the refund and i would get it in 5 working days.
But, when i called them this morning, they told me they were not able to give me my refund because they did not have my bank details. They also told me that i had to ask you whether you could process that refund for this cancelled flight. I precise that i did not cancel this flight, it was cancelled due to operational reasons.
I am only contacting you now because indigo told me they were taking the responsability for the refund but apparently they cannot.
