Easemytrip portal is one of the worst portal.While taking ticket the portal not working and keeps on loading.. the b2b portal of ease my trip very worse.the rate of flight increases.lcould not book ticket . they are not refunind the amount in the portal if we close the portal also asking to book another ticket return the amount. kindly ask them to return the amount to our company account. I had talked with Sunil Kumar Senior Team Leader of ease my trip.who is so rude withe customers.
