There was an offer on flights on easemytrip.com which was from 24th-26th January'15. Due to this, I have been following the flight rates closely on 26th January, and from 11.30 pm onwards, I have been trying to book my flight tickets, which was a return trip on Indigo Airlines. Due to some error from easemytrip.com's end, they could not process my payment in the first 2 attempts, and then in the 3rd attempt, they were able to process my payment, which was around 11.55pm, and definitely before 12am. A confirmation e-mail was also sent. Now, after successful booking and payments, I got a call from easemytrip.com saying that a PNR cannot be generated and thus, my discounted rate is not valid anymore and I have to pay much more money to confirm it. This is totally playing with the customer. When the offer was valid till 26th January, and it showed that the tickets have been booked on the offer price and that too before 26th January ended, then how can an airline not give the PNR!! This is just not fair! And, now they are saying that they are cancelling my confirmation of the ticket, and refunding the money. I don't want any refund, ALL I WANT is my ticket booked at that price. Because of them, I lost the opportunity to book at the reputed websites, like I always do, and without any hassle and harassment, I would have got my tickets booked easily! easemytrip.com must pay the fare difference from their end, if they were not able to generate the ticket, it is not my fault, as I made sure to book the tickets before 26th January ended, and I did that!
