My PNR is NJCMGZ, I had booked my flight from Udaipur to Bangalore and rescheduled it twice, the first time I rescheduled the flight was of a lesser price and I was supposed to get a refund as informed to me in the last 2 calls I had made and reported my incident, both the times I was told that within 3-4 working days I will receive my refund but its been more than 1.5 month now and I haven't received any refund, nor received any email or text informing me on this.
Infact everytime I mail them I receive the standard response of Concerned Depr looking into this and asking me to keep patience
Their Customer Care number is never answered by anyone and from last few days they have stopped responding to me on Whatsapp Chat option as well
They are harassing customers and looting the money by fraud means
These are highly unprofessional people, no one responds on their Twitter Instagram or Facebook pages as well where I escalated my concern
You should understand that harassing a customer like this is also not acceptable.
HappyEasyGo and MakeMyTrip are much better I request people to stop using this Fraud service by EaseMyTrip providers Was this information helpful? |
