My PNR-DIGEVP, refund amount not recieved. I cancelled my ticket on 14th january and the indigo airline refunded the entire amount to ease my trip...I kept calling ease my trip every other day after my cancellation, the keep asking me to wait for more time. Its more than a month to when i reported my issue to ease my trip...And they do not have any answers till date!!i shared my bank statements too and all tge have to say is wait!
