I had booked a spicejet return flight from Bangkok to Delhi for 26th June 2022 03:45 AM via EaseMyTrip.
While booking I had paid infant charges for my 6 month old baby. Upon arriving at the airlines check-in counter in Bangkok, I was notified that the infant charges were not paid/reflected in the Spicejet system which was a complete surprise since i had clearly paid the amount and thus, had the traveller details in the ticket.
But, I had to pay the addtional infant charges of 1435 baht for the infact at such last minute which caused a lot of inconvenience and hassle.
I had raised the query with Spicejet nodal office and got the invoice for the amount paid in cash.
So, I ended up paying double charges for the infant due to EaseMyTrip not paying the airlines charges for infant despite taking it from customer.
I have been raising the concern to refund the additional amount paid at the check-in counter to the customer care of EaseMyTrip since more than 7 days and it has been a real disappointment with the way query/concern has been addressed with no real intent to resolve the issue and refund the amount.
Seems like strategy is to keep dragging the customer and make him frustrated for his money. This is really shocking disappointing and pathetic from such a organization.
Kindly help and refund the additional amount paid.

As discussed over call couple of days back, it has been a very unpleasant experience the way this refund issue has been handled by the customer support. There has been more than 15 mail threads exchanged but it seems there is no intent to solve the issue and it is all about making customer frustrate and harass.
As per communication, it was committed that refund of Rs 1600 would be done the next morning i.e yesterday 7th July 2022 but there has been no update on it afterwards. Was that also a way to pacify a customer but not really intending to resolve the complaint?
On second thoughts, I would prefer a complete refund as I do have shared all the necessary invoices for the amount paid to spicejet for the additional infant charges. Whatever issue is there seems to be between spicejet and EaseMyTrip and for that logically customer should not be made to face the harassment and keep chasing you guys.
Kindly consider and refund the amount of Rs 3253 paid at the check-in counter and for which the authentic invoice has been shared here and customer support multiple times.
Expecting some quick action on it and no further harassment.
