Hereby i am writing this to get my full refund as my flight was cancelled on 15 th of October by the indigo airlines that was the trip from Srinagar to Ahmedabad via Chandigarh on 20 th of November, and as they have initiated full refund, but i am not getting the same from ease my trip.
As per the communication with ease my trip executive one time they have said that this deductions are of convenience fee after few days when i called them back that time they said this deductions are made from airlines and again after few days when i called them back at that time they said this deductions are of service fees. I also have all the recordings with the names of customer executives who are misleading me and not refunding me my money back.
after few days they have told me to mail on [protected]@easemytrip.com i have done that also but still i have not got my refunds of below mentioned amounts.

Again i would like to request ease my trip to Waive off my convinience fee & service fee & refund all the above mentioned deducted amount as soon as possible.
otherwise i have to go to court and file a case aginst this company for my hard earned money as i have all the recording of talk with all time misleading customer care executives. Was this information helpful? |
