Dear sir/Madam
I'am JEERU SRINU CHITTI BABU, I book my flight ticket at easy my trip app from VTZ to DEL, DEL to JDH . With the issue of covid 19 DEL to JDH tickets was cancelled. Actually I would journey to VTZ to JDH. So I consult to customer care & for full refund I cancelled both flight tickets.I have given complaint at last 20 days back but still no result on my full refund.
Pls ensure my complaint dear requested sir/madam.
