Easy Go Trip — GoAir Cancelled flight, customer service unresponsive

Customer service is not responding any calls. I called them at least 3 times and waited for more than 10 mins.

First they cancelled the flight two times. On ticket it shows refundable and when I open it online it shows non refundable.
