I booked one ticket from easygotrip.com on Aug 01, from Bangalore to Delhi. I successfully made my payment and completed the transaction. I waited for 30 minutes to receive any email or message from the easygotrip, but I didn't received any email or message on my phone. It was urgent for me to go to Delhi so I booked the ticket from the Yatra.com later and got the message and email instantly. Later I called easygotrip customer care to inform them about that my money has been transitioned and no email or message have been received. They told me that your ticket is successfully been booked. I told them I have not received any email or message, how do I come to know that it has been booked. I told them am I mad or what? I will book the same person two tickets in same flight. I told them to cancel the ticket immediately and refund me my money. They told me $2500 will be deducted for cancellation of ticket. I told them it's not my fault that you have not send the confirmation even after 30 minutes of booking the ticket. It has been 5 days, I have not received any email for the cancellation of ticket too. I called the customer care to ask them about my money. They told me that money won't be refunded, you can book the tickets in future to use that money. I told them I don't want to book any ticket from your website now onward. But the customer care response was pathetic. I need to file a complaint against them and want my money back. I am sorry I don't have any proof (because till date I have not received any message or email from them) rather than transaction done.
