[Resolved] EasyMobileRecharge.com — Amount deducted from the account but recharge is not done and also didn't get the refund

I have recharged twice for different numbers from the same bank account one is worth of Rs.300 and the day i have done recharge it had shown that the order is under process, now if i am checking for the status it is showing no orders found. and another is worth of Rs.200, the payment is deducted from the account if i check for the status it is showing recharge failed you will get refund in 7 working days, this happened 1 and 1/2 month back but i still didn't get the refund.
