I have recharged my airtel mobile on 01.08.2018 vide order no. 95329037. But, as per airtel customer care, no recharge was done on 01.08.2018. Upon calling your customer care numbers [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and sending mails on [protected]@ccavenue.com and [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com no action was taken.
Today (04.08.2018) one of your representatives called me at 1221 hrs and started using slang language.
Kindly advise me the reasons for using slang language and not recharging my mobile. Was this information helpful? |
