I had placed order ID:[protected] Placed on 27 Dec, 2015 to EBay India for Elegance Kolaveri Design Window - Door - long Door Curtain 4 set total 8 pieces On 31st January 2016 the package which had been received very poor quality goods deliver than showing on website .so wrote about their product qualities as follows “I have brought 1 set door curtain & 3 set of window curtain total 8 pieces out of them one piece window curtain had been received with manufacturing defect & also the curtain qualities not good “they confirmed as follows From: eBay To me Subject: An eBay Guarantee claim has been opened for your transaction Date: Mon, 01 Feb 2016 08:42:06 IST An eBay Guarantee* claim has been opened Hi jhuma, We regret that your experience with your purchase was not satisfactory. Whereas I had not raised any replacement or refund claim in my complaint, my resolution was I want with item, Now they are asking me for proof Items .How will proof them the product which had been delivered very poor quality ? Feb 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Complaint Posted at Consumer Complaint. in site on Feb 3, 2016. About the posted complaint has been notified to eBay.in customer support on 3rd February 2016 morning by Consumer Complaint. in Team .They offer me Rs.199/- as a compassion then I was asking him? Whether I had not raised any replacement, compassion or refund claim in my complaint, my resolution was I want with the item. Then how can I take any compassion from you? They had not given any positive answer but they had assured me as follows:-
“ we strive to achieve for our valued customers”.
