Edureka — Refund Request

Hi! I had chosen 2 courses from Edureka. Started with the first course, I have not been able to complete it because the Trainers are not upto the standards at all. Some are unprofessional, some are rude, some are weak in English, it's not all a way to explain for an online class. I have changed more than 5 batches, but it's all worthless. As I couldn't complete the first course itself, I haven't been able to go to the second course. When I asked for the refund, they said they'll take it as a feedback and give me another batch. I have already given them chance by changing 5 batches and I can't do this anymore. Their trainers demand us to give 'Excellent' rating after every class, can you believe how pathetic that is. Please help me to get the refund as it's a lot of money and also I'm still about to grow in career due to this unfinished course.
