Eenadu — Road Destruction in our area

There is some pipeline work is going on in our area NTR Colony, Balkonda. Few days ago there was some tree plantation completed in our area and few months ago road construction completed in our area, but now due to pipelining local contractor digging beside the area road due to which the road got damaged badly and the trees also got destroyed because JCB work, then what is the use of road construction and plantation. Please plan accordingly so that nothing can be demolished. Please take necessary action if required.
