Ekart Logistics — Fake Order Received from Ekart

Dear Concerns,

This is to inform, We've received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle on 26th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics.
We've never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got our personal information
to make that fake shipment. We've accepted it in a state of mind that this my be the genuine order we book but got to know the rality after opening the same.
Need to identify the fraudster who is stealing the data and moreover why Ekart(Flipkart) is accepting the orders from these
fraud sellers. Need refund immediately.
