Ekart Logistics — I have not purchased any product but still the product has been ordered

I have not ordered any items from snapdeal but still some products has been ordered when I contacted snapdeal to cancel the order they are saying they cannot cancel it because it’s been shipped. Delivery company is ekart when I m try to contact them they are not receiving the phone . I would like to cancel the my order
