I bought the product on 7th October. The first delivery attempt was made on 10th October. The delivery agent called up and said that they were not able to deliver on that day and would deliver the next day. On 11th October another agent called up and said to reschedule to 12th October as they were unable to deliver. Post that we did not get any communication from Ekart or Flipkart. We only received template messages. On 24th October, the product was out for delivery. I tried contacting the delivery agent who informed that he doesn't work in the area and that his shift was up and I was calling a wrong number. I was provided the number by Flipkart. Pin was 179. For each of the failed attempts, it was marked that the customer rejected the product, which is a lie and is misleading. Please look into this as the purchase was made with huge discounts and not receiving the product will lead to significant financial loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
