After assurance from the pick up office that the parcel will reach destination in four days it took seven days and after that the delivery men obstensibly marked delivery failed due to non acceptence of parcel. They pressurises the receiver to receive to get it collected bt themselves. And there is no proper grievance redressal mechanism customer support number or escalation mechanism, i am more than willing to divulge my parcel tracking id if ekart wishes. It has the worst service in b2b segment.
