I orederd sunglasses from Myntra.com which were defective and not as per shown on website. So placed the request for a return for the same issue.
Myntra.com agreed the request & Ekart Logistics Executive came for pick-up. Product was picked up by the Ekart Exwecutive, but no refund received as Myntra.com is telling as they didn't received the product nor the pick-up was done.
I tried explaining many times to consumer support of Myntra.com, but they are not agreeing nor they are sharing the details of Ekart executive who came for pick-up.
Customer Support Numbers of Ekart Logistics are invalid as given on website. Was this information helpful? |
