Ekart Logistics — I Received A Fake Order N neondaz from Kolkata, West Bengal Feb 16, 2024 Feb 26, 2024 Dear Team, I received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle yesterday 25th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. Need resolution ASAP.Please refund my money. Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 26, 2024 Updated by Suganjas I received a fake COD order of ₹299 from a merchant named Trendystyle yesterday 25thof February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. I was supposed to get the same amount of COD order from Flipkart today but, mistakenly I got this fake order. I thought that was the Flipkart order as Ekart was the logistics partner but, I was wrong. Need resolution ASAP.Please refund my money.
