I have an Electrolux Ac which is under extended warranty and not working properly. I am trying to reach their customer care at[protected], which serves multiple companies like Videocon, Philips, Electrolux etc, as I dial the number and follow the IVR instructions it connects me to Videocon customer care instead of Electrolux, customer care executive asks me to dial again and follow the IVR again. I have done it at least 15 times in the last 10 days and every time it takes at least 1 hour to connect. after wasting so much of time and efforts I found no solution. I will be glad if you connect me to Electrolux customer service as I could find no other way. Was this information helpful? |
