We had the misfortune to buy an electrolux washing machine. The installation was done by their authorised service centre quick service centre. We were also conned into taking additional amc. Now after hardly 2 yrs. We find that the service company is now not attending their calls. When we called electrolux the technician they sent wants to change the tub at a cost of rs.3500/-. I asked him about the amc he says tub is not covered. I am not even sure that he is telling the truth. After 2 days a girl called and asked if i was satisfied with the service. I said no. Silence after that. Is there any other option than dragging this company to the court?

Localally we have conatcted electrolux AC engineer who installed at my home but he is not at all responding.
