Worst customer service team ever. Disconnecting the call without even informing of the ticket is raised or no. Nor the timeline or tat for the technician to connect with me.
Not expected this from Elica. If someone higher the chain is looking at this, kindly resolve the issue and give clear communication to clients calling.
