My name is Ravi and I purchased Elica built-in hop (CLASSIC MFC 4B 60 MT) on 27th January 2020. The product has a lifetime warranty but the burners 2-year warranty. I have registered a service request for the below 2 issues on 9th Nov 2021 and till now service has not yet been done. Several times I am calling customer care and registering complaints and no progress and no technician coming. Yesterday again registered a complaint (#99_2199244). Still have no clue about it. Every time I registered a complaint I am getting the below SMS message, without any call from your end.
"Dear Customer we are closing your case since u have postponed your appt date. Pl. Sms "Elica service to [protected] to retag the case"
Complaints while registering case:1. 4 burners are damaged and the flame comes from under the burners and also flame going inside the hub.2. ignition is not working for 1 burner. Was this information helpful? |
