[Resolved] Elica — Service not providing

I have raised a service request on 3-Oct and till now no one contacted or visited for repair.
On calling everytime, the customer care person is saying "I will mention in the ticket and they will contact you".

This a worst service i am seeing with such a big and named product company.

Very disappointed with Elica.

Resolved. Good thing is the service person visited the house is very experienced and provided suggestions to avoid the issue in future.
