Hi,
I have taken 2 seats of telecom process. Submitted the work on time.
After that Esource have shared QC report very late and that was also not as per agreement. Even after that I have asked few queries but no one from Esource team is able to answer it. Below is some content of my email queries which they are unable to rectify and even not releasing the payment.
"As per our today’s conversation with Nilofer, we came to know that if we go ahead with scrap then next work/data won’t be allocated.
As you know there was a huge delay for QC report from your side & that was also a wrong report shared with us & challenges that needs to be concluded for QC checking, I would like to get below mentioned query clarification from your end before going to rework.
1) If we wish to go for rework, then will need to rework on only shared errors or will need to go through entire work check ?
2) How many days time is will be allocated for rework ?
3) How you would be going to recheck the rework ? Is it only re corrected the shared errors or will again go for randomly check any forms ?
4) Within how many days you will share the rework report ?
5) If we follow the QC check formula that you are referring, then what’s the minimum no. of randomly forms you will be going to check ?
6) Can you share complete QC check i.e complete QC’ed forms ? And how do you can give a assurance that you are going to check any specific volume before you start the QC check ?
7) If everything is at satisfied level then can I expect that you will intimate us in advance by 1 or 2 day before giving go ahead for rework ?
It looks they took only deposits from people and never pay back them for the work that has been done.
