Essar Petrol Pump — Air checking facilities not available

After taking petrol in my byke, i wanted air in my wheels. I waited there for about 10 minutes, but no one attended for air.
Air facility is must at petrol pump.
I told that i may complain but got response -" JO KARNA HO KAR LO"
