Free air service is not good.Today I approached your petrol pump at VIP ROAD, SURAT GUJARAT for filling petrol in my scooter. But while checking air pressure in rear wheel of my scooter your employee said valve is not in condition so he will not put air in wheel .I soon approached private mechanic to get it repaired, but he said valve is OK .It is slightly tinted but it is OK to fill air.This is my complaint to instruct your employees how to behave with customers otherwise this kind of behavior may loos your customers Was this information helpful? |
