I wanted to share this harrowing experience I am having with Eureka Forbes Ltd aquaguard water purifiers.
I recently requested for a service of my water purifier and change of filter candles as they were due by calling the customer care of Eureka Forbes. As usual they made me opt for an AMC plan for faster and better service. I went ahead and subscribed for the GOLD AMC they were offering.
Post this I first raised the service request (SR) on April 8th 2024 [CM[protected]] through their App and had to escalate it atleast twice by calling the customer care as they were not even assigning my case to any technician. Eventually after repeated calls wonder what happened and I saw my SR was moved to closed status.
I had to call the customer care again and raise another SR [CM[protected]] on April 16th 2024. This time they assigned it to some technician. But then the technician said I had to wait for 4-5 days as they did not have inventory for the new filters. Though frustrating I decided to wait patiently.
Now its been more than 2 weeks and I still dont have anyone visiting my place and helping me to change the filters.
I have been repeatedly dropping emails, calling customer care but everytime I receive the same standard template responses back from them.
Not only I have been duped of the AMC money but I literally feel harassed now with the kind of treatment I have received after repeated customer care calls and emails.
I really regret my decision to buy a Eureka Forbes Ltd product and on top of it subscribe to their AMC plan. Really pathetic service. Scamsters!!! Was this information helpful? |
