I used to get 55 to 60k just for password reset, I want to know why should company think of putting skilled people for such simple task. No fairness, no equity, no Job satisfaction. Total discrimination - Indians are put to do low quality work but this is not the case with white people. If you think after 5 to 10 years what you have achieved from this, it's nothing, It's just a donkey work, you are left with nothing, no creativity, no hopes, no money, no time, even your age don't allow you to do anything more, I was still continuing I could not train hundreds of IT managers, I could not start new business, I could not have sold thousand of IT stuffs, I could not have got my health back.

No proper management
Absolutely no proper management, when I was working in this company dozen of bosses changed, and we never know whom to report. If nobody has value for your work, it's better to change the company.
