I purchased the above-mentioned stove from spencers south kolkata on 26/1/18. It could not be used as it was defective. I went to spencers to exchange and they declined. I lodged a complaint with consumer care, from my indian phone [protected] (Registered with you),
Your technician came after 10 days of my purchase but could not repair. Technician said it cannot be repaired and he will report. He said someone will come and put a sticker. Once the sticker is pasted, spencer will exchange. It. But another technician came but he said that i have to speak with his supervisor. For sticker. He then connected me with supervisor, who promised to send a sticker so that i can exchange before 15th feb. (I came to kolkata on vacation in my jodhpur pk apt for a month, as i stay overseas). Nobody came. I received a text message around 14th feb that nothing can be done as the required part is out of stock. No mention about sticker. Copy of receipt was taken by technicians who came and i showed guarantee paper.
I bought the stove to cook food in my during my kolkata but instead i had to eat outside costing me over rs 10, 000/-stay
By a copy of this mail i am advising my brother in law mr subir de to follow up with you from my registered phone. And you are advised to send sticker for exchange within 7 days of this complaint so that it can be exchanged.
Please consider it very very urgent
