I am a customer of Excitel Broadband Services in Kanpur. I just got the connection a few days back and I'm utterly disappointed in the services they provide. After a new connection they should immediately provide the user id and password. However, I haven't recieved the invoice of my bill. I contacted the customer care and they said they couldn't help becuase there is no registered number even though I gave them one. The issue was not so big until today I am not even getting the speed of my active plan. I'm supposed to be getting 100 Mbps speed while I'm getting only 2 Mbps. The are not even picking up my call and have even switched off their phone. If anyone is reading this, I hope you understand how fraudulent this excitel company is. Do not repeat the mistakes I did and boycott it as much as possible
